• All products listed are offered by individual Skutusians unless stated otherwise.
• Prices, product availability, and delivery times are subject to change but not up to 7 days
• Or if its from cross country 21 days .
• Buyers must ensure they provide accurate delivery information.

5. Selling on Skutus

• Sellers must provide accurate product descriptions, prices, and images.
• Sellers are responsible for shipping their products promptly and handling returns or refunds as per Skutus policies.
• Skutus reserves the right to remove listings or suspend accounts violating these terms.

6. Payments

• Payments are processed securely via our payment gateway (Paystack).
• All transactions are subject to verification and may take time to reflect.
• Skutus does not store your payment information.

7. Refunds and Returns

Refunds and returns are governed by our Refund Policy. Skutus may assist in disputes but is not liable for seller-buyer disagreements beyond platform mediation.

8. User Conduct

• You agree not to use Skutus for illegal purposes, fraud, harassment, or spreading malicious content.
• Inappropriate behavior, including abuse, spam, or infringement of rights, may lead to account suspension.
